Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken & Rice

Here's a working mama meal so easy and semi-homemade that I made it at work!  Simple ingredients, bold flavors, and very little prep time required.  It was AWESOME!  (Photos taken on my iPhone).  Here's how Mama makes it:

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken & Rice

Ingredients:

- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. brown rice
- 2 pkgs. precooked diced chicken
- 1/3 bottle buffalo sauce
- 1 pkg. ranch seasoning
- 1/2 c. chopped onion (I even found pre-chopped onion)
- crock pot liners are a must at work!

Directions:

1.  Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well to combine.

2.  Cook over high heat for 3 hours or low heat for 5-6 hours.

  2. This one is not a WW recipe, but putting it in the recipe builder, I get 6 pts for 10 (1 c.) servings or 8 pts for 7 (1.5 c) servings. Hope that helps!
