Kale Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale; chopped, washed, and dried (I used some pre-wahed bagged kale leftover from making soup)
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 t. salt, or to taste (or try other spices, like seasoned salt, garlic, or cayenne)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a knife or kitchen sheers, cut the leaves from the thick stems. Cut kale into bite-sized pieces, wash thoroughly, and dry.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, then toss to distribute. Sprinkle with salt. Lay kale pieces in a single layer on baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes until crisp but not burnt.
